Live reviews
Bruce Robison and Kelly Willis gave another delightful and lovely show recently at the Moody theatre in Austin. Ray Benson and Dale
Watson opened the show. They did a terrific set. After a short break Bruce and Kelly hit the stage and took it all the way.
They did some old songs plus a few new ones by Bruce. Both of them have a unique and rare chemistry onstage as a husband and wife team. I can't think of another act in music today which offers humor and great music in one package. I'm so glad they are part of the TX live music scene. Offstage they are always gracious and kind to the fans. They'll sign the CD, pose for a photo, and chat with fans. They treat you like a friend. It is always a treat to see them work. Moody theatre is a fabulous venue for a live show. Go there anytime you can--it's an unforgettable experience. Austin City Limits shows are taped here. There are no bad seats in the house. The staff at Moody theatre is great also. They are polite, friendly, and fun to talk to. So glad I saw this show.
