DJ/producer U-Tern has garnered a solid industry reputation over the past five years. In 2009 the budding artist found himself listed in the coveted URB Magazines Next 100 list. He has since remixed everyone from Britney Spears, Digitalism, and Mark Ronson to Canadian favorites Chromeo. His production duo "Oliver" has produced has topped the dance music charts in 2012 with their singles "Dirty Talk" and "Memories of the Future".
U-Tern's use of real instruments and his exceptional production chops translate into truly authentic pieces of music. He beautifully fuses together disco and funk to create a sound that is all his own. Although he’s currently living Los Angeles we welcome U-tern back to his hometown Vancouver to play FIVESIXTY.
