While WONFU’s songs can’t be described as one particular style, the common element in their sound is the ability to bring cheer to all, like the power of children’s song ⎯rekindling the simple happiness of childhood. WONFU brings cheer and joy to their fans, who in turn reciprocate the feeling, creating a cycle with exponential returns.

Since its formation on Christmas eve 1998, the band has been consistently playing at various music festivals such as Spring Scream, Formoz Festival and Hohaiyan Rock Festival, as well as touring at many live venues.

Their third album “Wonfu Magazine” won The Association of Music Workers in Taiwan’s Top 10 albums in 2005 and was again nominated for Best Band at the 17th Golden Melody Awards. Follow-up album “Dance of the Youth” in 2007 won the same honor and yet again a nomination for Best Band at the 19th Golden Melody Awards.

Launching their new album “Wonderfu” on 18 August, Wonfu will deliver fresh new exciting music to the show!
