GREG FOX QUADRINITY

Greg Fox is a New York City born-and bred drummer, multidisciplinary artist, and teacher. He has worked with Liturgy, Ex Eye, ZS, Ben Frost, Colin Stetson, as well as with his own solo work and his projects GDFX and Guardian Alien.

Released in 2017 Fox views ‘The Gradual Progression’ as an exploration of selfhood, and more specifically, the search for his true voice as an artist. The seven pieces of ‘The Gradual Progression’ activate spiritual states through physical means, Fox’s rigorous inner rhythms the mandalic vessel for unbound expression and arrangement and signals both a reconciliation of disparate musical ventures and a new nirvanic stage in the artist’s oeuvre.

For this show Greg will be joined by Michael Beharie on guitar, Maria Grand on saxophone and Justin Frye on doublebass.

JESSICA MOSS

Violinist Jessica Moss is an integral part of the Montreal underground and independent music scene. Part of the Constellation Records family since it's inception, she is best known as a permanent member of Silver Mt Zion. She was also a founding member of Black Ox Orkestar, has a long-term creative history with Carla Bozulich, and was a key part of Vic Chestnut's albums on the label.

As a solo performer, she aligns her performances with the tradition of storytelling, eschewing traditional form in favour of durational, multi-movement pieces with a wide scope and emotional depth. It's all for love.

Jessica will be presenting music from her second studio album "Entanglement", produced by Radwan Ghazi Moumneh (Jerusalem in My Heart) which will come out on Constellation Records in October 2018.
