The band independently produced their songs, including the making of the "If You Know That I'm Lonely" music video in late 2017. In the weeks that followed, it quickly reached 10,000 views per day and soon surpassed 100,000 views per week.

Their first single, "If You Know That I'm Lonely", has racked up over 35 million views on YouTube and drawn widespread support from both UK and international media, including outlets such as NME, Brooklyn Vegan, Dork, So Young, CLASH, and Gigwise. FUR's unique sound captures the essence of classic tracks while infusing a modern twist, earning them accolades from critics and fans alike.

In 2020, the band inked a deal with the independent record label 777 MUSIC and released their debut album When You Walk Away. Since then, they've cultivated a loyal fanbase that spans from the UK to Asia.
