Amani (Liquid Bloom) and I are excited and grateful for how our community has been showing up and receiving our offerings, and it is inspiring us to create more ❤

Intention:

The intention of this offering is to bring deep presence and freedom of expression into journeying together through live music, ceremonial cacao, Ecstatic Dance, breathwork and authentic connection. This is a wonderful opportunity to drop into a beautifully held, inspirational, and permission filled space that welcomes you to liberate the radiance within yourself.
This is a space where we get to practice welcoming any and all layers of ourselves to be witnessed, expressed and embraced by oneself and community. We are here to turn towards what is ready to be seen and brought into the light, with the courage to fully feel and express, without attachment to story. This is an extra special event in that it will all be held in sonic container of Amani Friend (Liquid Bloom).

8 -10 - Breathwork journey and integration W/ Liquid Bloom

Timing is +/-15 minutes from start to finish. We will start cacao as promptly as we can at 6pm ❤

We really love dropping in with cacao and moving our bodies in an ecstatic dance journey to kick off our experience. The breathwork journey itself will be 1 hr and 15min. 30 minutes for set up and description. 15 minutes for a nourishing integration in groups of 3.
