Lisette Oropesa makes her debut in Sonnambula
Another great return to Rome is that of the American soprano of Cuban origin Lisette Oropesa, who marked the recent history of Costanzi with the unforgettable film-opera La traviata directed by Mario Martone during the pandemic. Oropesa tackles Bellini's La sonnambula for the first time in her career, flanked by other famous bel canto singers such as John Osborn, Roberto Tagliavini and Monica Bacelli. Francesco Lanzillotta climbs onto the podium. The new production of the show is entrusted to the French director duo Jean-Philippe Clarac and Olivier Deloeuil known as "Le Lab", who are working for the first time in Italy. From 9 to 17 April.
