Atrophy is an American thrash metal band from Tucson, Arizona, best known for their acclaimed 1990 album “Violent by Nature.” Recognized for their tight technical musicianship and blazing vocal intensity, the band continues to evolve their sound. In March 2024, they released their third album, Asylum, marking a powerful return that reminds fans why they remain a standout force in thrash metal.
