Cue(d) is a monthly gathering that brings together musicians, music lovers, and friends in a relaxed “listening club” atmosphere.

After the winter break, Cue(d), hosted by @demskymusic, will welcome modular and audiovisual artists, expanding the experience through sound and image.

This edition features @mindflovver, the solo project of Gen Yamada, exploring subtle spatial and temporal shifts in sound alongside visual works that attempt to make these phenomena visible. His work focuses on micro-variations within repetition, drifting randomness, and perceiving space through sound.

Also joining is Tokyo-based @kxaxbxax , electronic musician and live performer, active with Peep Beep Cheep and The Bar Brothers, bringing raw electronic textures into the listening space.

Alongside the Tokyo edition, other Cue(d) gatherings take place in New York and Toronto, connecting an international network of listeners.

In Tokyo, the listening brunch & lounge is hosted at @studioether.tokyo, creating a cozy and focused environment to sit, listen, exchange ideas, and discover new sounds together. Whether you’re a musician or simply curious, all are welcome.

Admission supports the space and the community. Bring your own drinks, bring what you like, settle in, and spend the afternoon listening together.
