DUKE are a highly unique band, they’re different from any other band you will see live. They have an extraordinary talent and an original style. They are a fantastic band to see live band, they’re incredibly fun and a joy to see. The only medium to see them is live as this is where you witness them at their best, and truly get to grips with their style of music.
DUKE amazed me at their gig with as they perform a huge selection of covers with one guitar and their three vocals. They’re ultimately a beatbox band but they incorporate vocal bass lines, cleverly collaborating into each song with great vitality and drive.
DUKE are fun and flirty and a joy to witness live, probably one of the best live gigs I’ve been to. They interact with the audience and personally get to know picked on people.
If seeing a beatbox act live is on your bucket list list then give DUKE a try, you will have an excellent night. Even if beatboxing isn’t your thing, it’s and amazing experience and opens your eyes to other styles of music which may be dismissed by the mainstream.
