Beabadoobee and Been Stellar

She was great and so energetic, the vocals sounded so cool and there was a really great atmosphere. I loved the fact that the venue was really intimate and the sound system was so loud and made the whole show incredibly!

We saw this band at The Bottleneck in Lawrence, KS. They were on tour opening for Shame, but we went specifically to see them.

I heard about Been Stellar through following another NYC band Sunflower Bean, who had posted a few things about them.
Great show. The singer has a very compelling stage presence. Drummer is awesome. I thought the whole set was very tight, sound tech did a great mix for them.
I don't know what to call their sound? It reminds me of some artist, but I'm not sure who. When I've mentioned them to other music friends I just call it "the NYC sound" LOL.
