Adrian West Band

Adrian West Band (full band) plays from 7 - 10pm at Ocean Ale House in San Francisco's Ingleside neighborhood. This is a wonderful community-oriented pub that has always been a big supporter of local live music and this will be our first time playing there as a full band. Free show! Tips are greatly admired.

Adrian West Band describes their sound as “Paul Simon meets Talking Heads." They play original acoustic rock songs and instrumentals, plus a few covers and a few jazz standards.

Adrian enjoys setting philosophical lyrics to joyful music. His topics may veer a tad dark at times but the underlying music is uplifting, giving the listener a richly layered experience. Whether he's telling a story about a skinny-dipping episode gone awry or grappling with some major challenge facing humanity, his lyrics are infused with equal parts hope, realism and whimsy.
