It is hard for DJs to compete with singers and bands when it comes to live performances, especially when one takes into account the fact that in today’s world it is far too easy to pre prepare and beat match your mix so that all a DJ really has to do is press play and soak up applause. C2C however, have real mix and scratch talent, and their team approach to performing on stage turn their performances into fantastically memorable clubbing experiences. 20Syl, Greem, Aatom and Pfel, the four French DJs that make up C2C, stand side by side, hunched over their respective decks, and are accompanied by brilliant lighting and visual displays. When you take a break from dancing to C2C’s infectious beats to watch the four men at work, you cannot fail to notice the high levels of skill and concentration on show. This is perhaps not altogether surprising when you remember that they have won several awards for their combined mixing talents. Performing a variety of tunes from their hugely successful ‘Tetra’ album, C2C are well received wherever they appear. Great to dance to, impressive to watch. What more could we ask for?
