Descend into Toronto's historic Lower Bay Station for a one-night-only immersive concert celebrating the release of Fox Revett's debut album.
Beneath the active platforms of Bay Station sits one of Toronto's most fascinating hidden spaces. Known as Lower Bay, the abandoned platform was only in operation for six months in 1966 before being closed to the public. Since then, it has become a piece of transit lore, a place most Torontonians have heard about, but few have ever experienced.
On July 20, that changes. For one night only, Lower Bay will be transformed into a first-of-its-kind immersive concert experience, where Toronto's history meets its future. Deep beneath the city streets, an abandoned subway platform will become the backdrop for a state-of-the-art live show unlike anything the TTC has hosted before.
For the past few years, since Fox started releasing music, they’ve been taking the TTC for 2 hours a day to get to-and-from their restaurant job. They decided to maximize their commute by writing and producing their content and music on the subway everyday.
This Lower Bay show is a tribute to those daily commutes. Fox is going to bring you into the chaotic world of their upcoming album “I Don’t Know Where I Left My Body.”
