You can't beat the East End Reserve in New Plymouth in terms of Venues. The ocean was stunning, weather fine and breezy, and the Paris Plage had bean bag comfy chairs for us to enjoy the "chill" set before JSTARs set at Our Place.

I think JSTAR's set at Paris Plage was the right set for the time of day and venue. We wanted to go to Our Place for more glitch hop and whomp, but because we live 20ks out of town, we weren't prepared to stay up until 3am and catch a cab all that way home. We're sad we missed the Our Place gig, but we're very happy Fuzzbox is planning on hosting more Saturday gigs at Paris Plage and we will get to Our Place for shows in the future.
