Mucca Pazza Gets Spooky (At a Decent Hour); w/ DadJoke; ft. Noah Ginex

Loud, creative, and colorful, you may know Mucca Pazza from their sweaty late night club shows, Logan Square's Halloween Parade, or popping up all over Chicagoland (from the Obama Presidential Center to the Chicago River Show). We get it, you partied til 2 AM with us in 2015! You used to be edgy, but times have changed. Grandma booked a tractor ride for the kids--at 9 AM way out in the country!

That’s why they're throwing a killer Halloween rock show for the whole family. (Or Chosen Family, for you grandma-core young adults).

Since 2022, Mucca Pazza has called Irving Park home. They want to celebrate at Color Club, where you can be a weirdo at all ages and all hours!

DadJoke is the children's music project of Dave Reminick, singer/guitarist of Chicago post-punk band Paper Mice. He writes weird music for weird kids — fun, ridiculous, overengineered songs about ducks, the sounds dinosaurs probably didn't make (but for some reason he thinks they did), and, it goes without saying, the very real danger of a giant rubber horse falling on your head.

Fun Intended, the first DadJoke album, came out in June, and it's built for grownups as much as kids — full of off-kilter rhythms, key changes nobody asked for, and jokes that land for everybody. Indie Dock Music Blog called it "one of the most purely enjoyable albums released in 2026."

Noah Ginex is an award-winning puppeteer and human being. You may recognize Noah from his memorable appearances on WGN News. Soon, you'll also recognize Noah from his equally memorable appearance as emcee of this show.
