It’s a funny thing because there is a lot of talk about Manchester producing some well-known music artists, but as an American, I’m not entirely sure of the significance. Whatever the reason may be, all I know is that Manchester’s own electronic music artist, Marcus Intalex, has the talent to back up his rising popularity.
Playing in a lot of clubs, he keeps his show sets simple and about the tracks. He gets a quick introduction from the house MC, and immediately gets right to business and starts spinning his tracks. They are extremely fast paced, and in the setting of the club, are make for a really good dance party. The lights are perfectly timed with the music, and add to the effect that the music has on you and your body. If you can get yourself to stop dancing for a second, and watch him do his thing, you can see the concentration, driven by passion that moves his hands with little to no effort. He is clearly having a great time, and is dancing in between the few times that he is not mixing on his equipment. Literally everyone leaves the club talking about how well the tracks melded together for flawless transitions, i.e.: no interruptions to their dancing.
