With the first night selling out within hours — that kind of energy only leaves one option: a second and final Adelaide hometown show.
Armed with their unmistakable blend of punk-rock energy and reggae groove, Hightime have been a vibrant presence in the Australian music scene for nearly two decades — making friends, memories and a joyful mess across the country.
But on the eve of releasing their third record Thrive in 2020, the world shut down overnight. The chance to celebrate those songs on stage disappeared, and what followed was a long, unintended break. Still, for a band built on deep friendship, it was never going to be a final chapter — more of a pause.
Now, six years later, the moment has arrived. Bringing Hightime back to the stage with all the growth, heart and honesty that has defined the band.
More celebration than concert, night two is set to be a big, heartfelt love-in for the Adelaide music community; a rare, beautiful chance to reconnect, reflect and revel together.
This is it Australia: two nights, one Hightime — no further dates to follow.
