FOZZA and de cleurb join forces for a late-night session at Angel Music Bar, welcoming UK dub producer, DJ and sound designer PORTWAY to the headline slot. Hailing from Bristol, Portway brings a deep, weighty and forward-thinking approach to bass music, moving through dub pressure, broken rhythms, sound-system textures and low-end club experimentation. For his Australian debut, expect a set built for close rooms, heavy systems and dancers locked into the details. Joining him is a stacked local lineup spanning the deeper edges of club music: BUGG x Two Petty, M I S H L X Y, SYREN, SLACK 1NE and FOZZA. Across the night, the selectors will move through dub-laced breaks, hypnotic rhythms, bass weight and left-field dancefloor pressure, connecting the sounds of the UK underground with Naarm’s own late-night energy. From 9pm to 4am, Angel Music Bar becomes the meeting point for heads, dancers and low-end devotees.
