Taking a walk down the minor side of music, in the harmonic context of course. That is what Recondite is all about. This guy has some very dark beats up his sleeve that have given him the name that he has today amongst punters.
When he performs live he has all the correct components that go into the mixing bowl of EDM music as a house artist but the atmospheres that he orchestrates are very dark and mystic, creating quite an intimate atmosphere all around with the way that he performs. He doesn’t exchange pleasantries with the audience much, and just lets the music do the talking. The lights are very blue and purple with the anomalous strobes lighting up this underground venue this evening. I would definitely love to hear this music on a movie score, as it is fast paced and very descript.
People rave about Recondite like he is original for doing this and that DJing in a minor key is original, but take someone like Tiesto. – Adagio in Gminor ring any bells?!
