Dead! provided support for Vant and opened up with a loud, confident and energetic performance creating a great atmosphere in the Wardrobe, Leeds. I will be keeping an eye and ear out for Dead!
I bought tickets initially in hope that Vant’s debut album released a week before the gig would have a positive impression on me and it did not disappoint. Vant had a great stage presence and plenty of confidence that I like to see in a band. The performance matched the tempo of their album….much to the crowd’s pleasure throughout.
Keeping this review short, I had a thoroughly enjoyable night watching two good confident young bands. What pleases me about Vant is that they have the songs if you know what I mean and are probably on their way to good things if they keep everything up.
Excellent support from the black foxxes blended fabulously into vant. mattie wearing a black shirt to start removed it to reveal the white and red t-shirt worn on the album cover of dumb blood. Every song was executed with ease and blended perfectly, this band are on there way to success and I believe I was privileged to see them in such a small venue. This may not happen again. Got alot of fav songs but I do like peace and love.
I saw VANT at Reading and they are going to be big, as this great gig confirmed! They also have a broad appeal from teenagers working the mosh pit to not-so-teenagers anymore like myself enjoying the show, from music to stage presence. And the overarching message of all men/women being the same regardless of where they are from is refreshing. Looking forward to their next show in London in March!
Easily this was one of the greatest gigs I've ever been to! My friends and I had the times of our lives. I was moshing, dancing and even crowd surfing! I loved it from the first support till meeting the VANT boys at the end! Thyla, Partybaby and VANT, I wish you all the best and I WILL see you all soon ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Brilliant brilliant brilliant! !! @loudinlibaries is the future. Sam fender amazing support (one for the future) privileged to see such an amazing band as vant in such a special location.such a shame the last show in UK from the band hope all goes well for them ,hope I get chance to see them again in such a crackin' venue again.
I'm turning 50 this year and have been going to gigs since I was a teenager. Last night I wished I was a teenager again so I could be down the front with the kids. Vant had Esquires jumping around. Vant are a great rock band destined to play bigger venues on their next tour. Go and see them in this smaller venues while you can.
VANT were absolutely amazing! The atmosphere was great and I went in my first mosh pit! We also got to meet them afterwards and get their autographs, they were all lovely and really friendly. I highly recommend going, I'll definitely be going again.
An excellent gig, at least 19 of his songs. Does not get better than this . Onward and upward for VANT. Small venues will be a thing of the past, so lucky and privileged to have seen him in such an intimate setting.
What a great live band. VANT have so much live energy, full on, tight and with a message. These guys absolutely nailed it. If you get the chance to see them live do it and do it soon. Cant wait to see them again.
