Early '90s South Florida rockers Sin City released ‘Night Time Hour’, a 14-song journey of sorcery, betrayal and redemption. Years later, singer Jack Stevens released ‘High, Dirty and Low’, continuing on the Sin City theme. On the eve of headlining their biggest show, Jack died.
