Makes My Blood Dance is a Brooklyn-born band where heavy music meets nightclub energy. Blending industrial edge, glam spectacle, pulsing electronics, and massive guitar-driven hooks, MMBD has built a reputation for turning rock venues into sweat-soaked dance floors.
Fronted by EV0, the band delivers a live show centered on movement, tension, and release. Their audience doesn’t just watch, they participate. That physical, immersive energy has helped MMBD grow a rapidly expanding fanbase across alternative, industrial, metal, and nightlife scenes.
Momentum continues building online and on the road. “Heavy Metal Armour” has surpassed 700,000 Spotify streams, while “Time And A Place” has generated more than 640,000 YouTube views. Their latest release, “Lately (feat. Macy Gray),” pairs the Grammy Award-winning artist’s unmistakable voice with MMBD’s darker, cinematic production in a crossover that expands the band’s reach without compromising identity.
Following a breakout year of touring, Makes My Blood Dance released their debut album Z3R0 2 LGHT $P33D! through Metropolis Records, with production from Mikal Blue and Bret Mazur.
With 80+ shows a year and growing momentum in both the U.S. and Europe, Makes My Blood Dance is building a movement designed for the stage, the club, and the road.
