Biografía de T-Pain

T-Pain is not just a rapper, but also a producer, plus an actor. Born on September 30th 1985, from Florida USA.

T-Pain has been around since 2004 when he joined rap group Nappy Headz and covered Akon's single 'Locked Up.' The cover was slightly more censored but it was still a brilliant take on a classic Akon song. Now that T-Pain was establishing himself in the rap world, he decided to detach himself from Nappy Headz for a while to tackle a bigger, more challenging but more rewarding idea.

'Rappa Ternt Sanga' was released on December 6th 2005 and was T-Pain's first of many albums. This record would behold the beauty of the T-Pain sound, on songs such as 'I'm in Love With a Stripper'- probably T-Pain biggest selling and most popular tune. It reached number 5 in the charts and certainly made a dent on our hip-hop hearts.

T-Pain has released four albums since the magical debut, and has released his latest work just this year. T-Pain continues to define the writers block syndrome which occurs a lot in rap music and breaks new boundaries in the rapping world. He is even said to be acting in the upcoming 'Fast and Furious' film scheduled for 2015.

Lets not forget that T-Pain is also an award winner. Credited for his work with Jamie Foxx and Kanye West, T-Pain has two awards under his belt, showcasing his brilliance and expanding his loving arrogance even more.

Faheem Rashad Najm better known by his stage name T-Pain is of equal measures rapper and showman. Faheem is not content with simply reciting his popular discography to the crowd, he is determined to turn the whole gig into a real experience for the fans. Instantly building a connection with them, he does not shy away from getting down to the front row to really interact with the audience.

He is able to build rapport with the whole room with ease as he talks to them about past shows, his beginnings on the hip hop circuit whilst unsubtly name dropping the likes of frequent collaborators Kanye West and Lil Wayne. He can take the audience from laughing to dancing in one shift movement as the introduction to 'Can't Believe It' begins and T raps at lightning pace.

The crowd explodes in cheers as Najm capitalises on the excitement and runs through hits including '5 o Clock' and 'Up Down (Do This All Day)' as the masses dance and sing below. T-Pain leaves the show confident in the knowledge he has clearly proved why he has enjoyed such huge commercial success since his first album was released just eight years ago.

The show with Ari Lennox was amazing. Even people who did not have Meet&Greet tickets were able to get good spots if they came early. The openers were meh, but Ari put on a show! She even threw in some surprises and joked around with the audience.

My one complaint (which is more for the venue and not with her) is that for the meet and greet group that was supposed to be let in at 7, they had us stand in the rain for over an hour and a half) letting us in around 8:30.

Show was amazing!!!!! She can sing!!!!! Standing in the rain, not so much
