The only North West band of the evening, young hopefuls Sleeping Together, take the early slot as the punters are still drifting in after queuing in the cold for half an hour, apparently due to over-running sound checks. This is a slick, confident performance by the quartet who deliver a string of bright and breezy pop/rock ditties with an assuredness which belies their age, and in charismatic frontman Alexander Lloyd-Jones, they have a potential future star.
