Bobby Caldwell is an American singer and songwriter who has had a fantastically fruitful career spanning over the course of forty years. He is a multi instrumentalist who is widely known for his fantastic soulful voice. He opens with the song “What about Me” which has the whole audience in front of him dancing to this slow jam of a track. He of course performs his biggest song to date, “What You Won’t Do For Love”, as soon as he launches into the opening bars of this track, the audience jump up to their feet and click clap and dance along to this song. From start to finish, the audience is applauding. There are are some fantastically written voicings in the hits song, played by this all star band. It’s even better that we get to experience the extended remix, with Caldwell playing a saxophone solo mid way through, bouncing off of his band. It’s no surprise how successful how big Bobby Caldwell has found himself.
It is always a pleasure to see Bobby Caldwell in concert. His voice is still AMAZING. While he played a lot of his new songs, I am still a fan of songs like My Fame, Sunny Hill, Words,Carry on...you get the jist. I will listen and enjoy any song simply because it's Bobby Caldwell and I love his sound. His interaction with the audience makes you feel like you've been friends for a very long time. He is truly an entertainer who is able to connect with his audience.
Thank You Bobby Caldwell!!! You will forever be My Flame❤
Bobby Caldwell was fantastic. It was my first time seeing him in concert. His band was great too. Andrew Neu is a very exciting Sax player. I'm going to continue following him too. I didn't realize Dave Koz & Boney James got their start with Bobby. His music transcends many eras. From the 40's through now. Her's written songs for so many famous artists including Al Jarreau. I would definitely see Bobby again.
He us our favorite performer, but cant quite pin down his new schedule after the Blue Note, Napa California show?
Anything know anything’s?

Must not have enough to words - is he coming to Minneapolis soon? The new Ampathaire in Bend, OR?
Fantastic venue!
Excellent. The Catalina Club blew-- they did not ensure that Bobbys mic was working at optimal level, there was overpriced food and lousy service timing---but Bobby was fantastic. He engaged the audience and sounded good. His band was kick-ass, too.
As usual, Bobby and his band performed beautifully! :) I am so glad he played music from his greatest hits collection, along with hits from The American Songbook. I would gladly see him perform again, being a huge fan of his music.
First time ever to see Bobby and he didn't disappoint!! He joked with the crowd and sang some of his more popular tunes along with some not so well known others. His voice is still strong as ever!

Producer talked too much

Producer talked too much

The show was Great! The venue was large enough and yet still personal, clean and the audio was clear. We sat on the front row and enjoyed Richard Elliot & his Band. They were AWESOME!!!
