Arno

Arnold Charles Ernest Hinjens, is also known by his pseudonym, Arno is a singer from Belgium. He has been on the scene as a solo artist sing 1986, with upwards of twenty albums under his belt. One of the things that he keeps up is his stage show, and word on the street is that he is currently in the middle of a European tour.

I actually had the opportunity to go and see him live; I hadn’t really heard of him before but a friend had a spare ticket and I love live music so why not. I was instantly taken a back by the incredible talent that this guy has when he performs live. Singing in French, and English dialects, he takes the audience on a journey through his solo material entertaining the crowd as he goes, story telling through the medium of music. One of the songs that goes down the best in this set this evening is a song called “Les filles du bord de mer”, which if anything, just keeps this party going. Fair play, Arno!

Du tout grand Arno, ce mercredi à Tournai. Tour à tour rockeur, déjanté, émouvant à m'en faire pleurer... J'ai moins suivi sa discographie ces dernières années mais a la sortie, je me suis précipitée sur le CD Brussld. Qui est génial. Je n'ai jamais arrêté d'aimer ce chanteur émouvant et plein d'énergie! Continuez encore longtemps!

Il a à joué tous ses meilleurs morceaux même de l’époque TC matic. Ses descriptions de la genèse des morceaux sont succulentes.
Toutes ses interventions sont en français et néerlandaises.

Un trés grand showman, qui fait lever les foules. Du gros son, 2h de grand spectacle.
Au final un artiste aux musiques vraiment entrainantes ou envoutantes. Une équipe de musicien jeunes. Les commentaires entre chansons désarçonnent les plus prudes.
