Watain was phenomenal! They all looked wicked as if they just escaped from hell. The setup was looking amazing- definitely had a menacing, satanic, and evil feel to it. Not to mention, Erik did his infamous act of spraying pig blood at the audience. I didn't get any on me because he only threw it to the center of the front row rather than the sides of the audience. There was a ritual or some sort of closing ceremony he did with candles and a skull, letting the audience know that it marked the end of their performance with Erik bowing at the end of it. Much energy in their performance, but Erik got tired near the end, which is understandable because black metal vocals are pretty damn hard to do for nearly 2 hours straight. They all did such a great job. My neck is still sore as fuck from last night from headbanging so much. 11/10 would definitely see them again.

First off, I went to this show for free. I didn't know who Watain was when I saw them or what I was in for. I only Goatwhore was playing and would have been my 3rd time seeing them in a month, but their van crapped out in Wisconsin Dells. The show was at Station 4 in St. Paul, MN. Station 4 didn't restrict Watain's stage presence and the sweet putrid stench of death replaced the stagnant air. I love raw satanic black metal and this stands undisputed as the best random introduction to one hell of a black metal show. So fucking glad they're allowed play in the US and allowed in the US.

Managed to get to the front by the time Watain came on. Their stage set up is one of the more interesting ones I've seen. They had fire and incense lit, and it set a perfect atmosphere for the music they performed. Of course they did the blood from the skull thing, which was something to definitely be remembered. One of the best concerts I've been to.

My first concert ever and I was so scared to go, but I'm so happy I did. It was a pretty small venue so they couldn't really do anything that they're used to, but the satanic incantations were on point and Erik said the angel of murder came which was fun. Watain kicked ass!

Show started a little earlier than expected but luckily I arrived early. Watain had 2 pigs head propped up on stage. And had a killer stage set @ show, as usual. Less rotting meat smell, (which is fine by me:)...
Kicked ass in every way possible! For the 6th time!

Great show as usual. These guys always give everything and this night did not disappoint, especially for being such a small venue. We got the full Watain experience hehehe! For those who have been, you know what I mean.

This was my first black metal concert and it's exactly how I expected a black metal concert to be. Watain went hard and they are really hardcore. So much force in the music and they did a good job live.
