Taking influence from everything from Pop Punk staples like Green day and Blink 182 to a few slightly more surprising names such as MC Hammer and The Beach Boys, Patent Pending have learnt from the best how to make a crowd happy. Always carrying an undiminished sense of fun and energy into their sets, crowds are entertained from the second the band start playing their own personal, upbeat brand of punk rock. Encouraging sing alongs and movement from their crowds, their gigs are a feel good experience that is all about entertainment.

It’s not all just show though, Patent Pending’s all-round good vibes would be nothing if they didn’t have the music to back it all up. Thankfully they deliver catchy tunes back-to-back all played with a tightness and razor-sharp musicianship of a band of professionals. The drums crash and the guitars scream all while vocalist Joe Ragosta leads the proceedings. Punk isn’t all about aggression and if you want to be entertained by a great band who still have that punk energy Patent Pending are for you.

What a great night. Wish they had been on for longer. They have so many fantastic song they need a 2hour set if not more. Just love them and can't wait for them to come back.
