Old Oaks manifests the chill yet funky acoustic music of Singer Songwriter Frank Laufenberg. Their first full band release, The Day Before Yesterday, came out in March of 2021 and already has over 60,000 listens on Spotify and has been spotlighted on multiple local radio shows. Old Oaks’ music ranges from 12-string renditions of classic tunes like Heart of Gold to melodious indie-jazz originals. Frank is frequently joined by saxophonist/flutist Daniel Haschke to complete the Old Oaks Duo. Frank and Daniel also play with the Madison Funk Fusion band Wurk.
