Kate Voegele et Tyler Hilton

Born in raised in Bay Village, Ohio, Kate went on to graduate high school in 2005 but by this point her music career was already well on its way. In 2003 she released the EP ‘The Other Side’ which acted as Kate’s gateway into music. Kate began receiving local radio play and gigging and before long she was playing shows with the likes of Counting Crows and John Mayer. Song appearances in TV shows and a second EP entitled ‘Louder Than Words’ continued to build Kate’s profile until in 2006 she received a message on booming social media network Myspace.

The message was from none other than ‘Tom’, Myspace’s infamous founder who wanted to sign her to his new label, Myspace Records. She agreed and together they released her debut album ‘Don’t Look Away’ together in 2007. It began selling steadily however it received a huge boom when Kate entered the next step of her career.

In 2008 she made her first appearance on popular US TV show, One Tree Hill, which became a huge factor in Kate’s next step up in popularity. On the day she appeared on the show her debut album was re-released and went on to sell over 250,000 copies. Appearing in the show through till its 8th season, Kate’s success continued with the release of albums ‘A Fine Mess’ and ‘Gravity Happens’.

Born in Palm Springs, however raised in Bermuda Dunes, California, Hilton was immersed in music from an early age, later teaching himself Elvis Presley songs. Following a move to Coachella Valley with his family, the singer formed his first band alongside classmates, before performing at open mic nights as a solo artist. At the age of 16 Hilton gave an impromptu a capella cover of Jonny Lang’s “Breakin’ Me” on KLOS radio, which earned the singer a spot on the station’s Christmas concert. The success of which led the California-native to sign with Maverick Records upon his 18th birthday.

In April 2004 Hilton issued his debut, self-titled EP. The record’s four tracks later found themselves on the musician’s debut full-length “The Tracks of Tyler Hilton” released in September 2004. The singer has also been a regular contributor to the soundtrack of the TV drama “One Tree Hill”, which is also where he made his acting debut as the character Chris Keller.

Following a 23-city tour alongside Bethany Joy Lenz, The Wreckers, and Gavin DeGraw, Hilton issued his second EP “Better on Beachwood” in May 2009. A third EP, “Ladies & Gentlemen” followed in early 2010, as Hilton began writing and arranging his second studio album. Released in April 2012 and led by the single “Loaded Gun”, “Forget the Storm” rose to No. 2 on the U.S. Heatseekers Chart. The same year Hilton released to live album “Live in Atlanta”, featuring a selection of his most popular tracks and embarked on a worldwide tour. The full-length “Indian Summer” arrived in 2014 and was supported by an extensive national tour.
