Henry AZ is a rapper and songwriter from Barnstable, Massachusetts — raised on the shores of Cape Cod, a place not exactly known for producing hip-hop talent, which makes his rise all the more compelling. Born Henry Anzola, he spent his teenage years freestyling for fun before stepping into a studio setting and quickly proving he belonged there.His breakout came through a series of viral freestyles that caught fire on Worldstar Hip Hop, earning him a devoted following and, most notably, the attention of rap legend Juicy J — who flew him out to Los Angeles and signed him to his label after hearing just one session together. That co-sign from one of hip-hop's most respected figures put the industry on notice.
