Lucy Woodward is a genre-transcending singer-songwriter with a powerful, versatile voice that effortlessly switches between soul, pop, and jazz. In her live shows, she delivers a mix of raw energy and intimate moments, where every note feels as if it has truly been lived.

Her latest album, “I Need To Roam”, recorded between Rotterdam and Virginia, revolves around movement and freedom, both creatively and personally. The result is a colorful mix of art pop and soul with an international groove. On stage, she is supported by her regular band, The Rocketeers, featuring Jelle Roozenburg, Niek de Bruijn, and Udo Pannekeet, whose tight interplay provides a solid and playful foundation.

Lucy grew up between New York and the Netherlands and has collaborated with artists such as Snarky Puppy, Charlie Hunter and Tony Visconti. She has also sung with icons such as Rod Stewart, Celine Dion, Barbra Streisand, Chaka Khan and Carole King.

She has performed on major international stages and festivals with her Rocketeers quartet and consistently manages to surprise with her range and expression.
