Alan Parsons

"Alan Parsons was an artist I had never seen.
He rarely performs in the UK. The last time was ten years ago.

I had started to listen to his music in the late 1970's, and I knew he was a famous music producer (Dark Side of the Moon etc). His work encompasses a number of genres.

The concert last night in London was a professional review of his work spanning 30+ years with a super set of musicians.
The playlist was based on his Lifespan album, and the whole team made it an evening to remember.

He has the knack of selecting the right vocalists and musicians to correctly project/interpret the song.

I'm playing the whole set today whilst working and it's almost exactly what I heard last night...note for note!

If you ever get the chance to see Alan Parsons perform live don't let the opportunity slip through your fingers...it's a rare event you'll never forget!
