About Upstairs Upstairs Cabaret; formally known as Harpos, is a locally owned and operated nightclub in Victoria, British Columbia. The nightclub is located in the picturesque Bastion square overlooking the Inner Harbour. Upstairs Cabaret is open every Friday and Saturday night and frequently opens other nights throughout the week for special occasions and performances covering all genres of music. In the past the venue has held such groups as: Red Hot Chili Peppers, Pearl Jam and Sound Garden; and more recently world renowned DJ’s; Rusko, Morgan Paige, Adam K and Jamie Vale. Upstairs Cabaret has three fully stocked bars with the option of many top shelf, and premium spirits. It boasts a wide selection of both import and domestic beers with a emphasis on local breweries. The room holds parties of up to 300 people, but can be arranged for any number guests.
