This month my guest is the one and only Deryl Dodd! I fell in love with his voice way back in the 90s when I heard songs like “One Ride In Vegas” and “The Bitter End” on the radio. Then when I moved to Texas and actually met him I was blown away by what a kind and charismatic person he is. There’s no doubt we’re gonna have a blast telling stories and swapping songs in this listening room environment.
The Song Dog concert series happens every first Tuesday of the month in the Augustus (music venue attached to the Local Yocal BBQ and Grill) in McKinney. Past guests include Tracy Byrd, Radney Foster, John Baumann, David Lee, Zac Wilkerson, and many more. Get the best seats by reserving in advance, especially because some shows do sell out.
Doors open at 6 PM
You can order from the restaurant and eat at your seat.
Music begins at 7 PM
Show is generally over by 9 PM
