Charles Ellsworth and Carl M. Bank’s beloved “Rooftop Hootenanny” , a Brooklyn based monthly songwriter showcase has been such a success this year they’ve decided to take it on the road this fall. Featuring Nashville’s Ben de la Cour and local talent across the country, the Highway Hootenanny will be a night of songs, stories, and shenanigans.

Raised in different corners of the country, Arizona (Ellsworth), Missouri (Banks) and New York (de la Cour), the three bring their own unique flavor to Americana and will blend those flavors to collaborate on original tunes, covers, and more.

We wanted to put together a tour that feels like more of an experience than just sitting in the corner and playing songs each night. We feel that together we can become more than the sum of our parts and create a memorable evening for everyone involved.
