In January i heard the virginmarys for the first time when they supported rival sons in Liverpool, from the start i was loving it, (even said to mi mate "these are f#@kin alright " so half way through their set Ally mentioned they had a uk tour coming up so i got my phone out and Google them and found they were playing the key club in leeds, by the end of their set i new i had to see them play again. The following week i order the tickets and had to order both albums as they were sold out wherever i went. Since getting them iv not been able to listen to anything else, completely captured by the music.the virginmarys are an excellent band to see live, if you like it loud and lively, full of energy and passion then go and see them if you can, if you dont, go anyway you wont be disappointed. I knew i was in for a good night and certainly wasn't let down. Raw english rock music at its best. That wont be the last time i see them.... Thank you the virginmarys for bringing something new to my ears, LONG LIVE THE VIRGINMARYS!!
