We will be celebrating the 6th anniversary of Romancero Books. This event marks an important milestone for a project that has grown from an independent bookshop into a vibrant cultural platform dedicated to promoting Spanish-language literature in the UK. Throughout the day you'll enjoy a carefully curated selection of books, featuring independent publishers, emerging voices, and established authors, creating an opportunity to discover new titles and engage with a diverse literary community.
You'll be able to choose all your summer readings!!
We have invited our beloved pastry chef Bene Leader to cater for our event. He will bring a yummy selection of his signature pastries to make your morning sweeter and tastier.
At 4pm, the celebration will continue with a live concert by Evripidis and His Tragedies. The project, led by Greek-born artist Evripidis Sabatis, is known for its distinctive blend of indie pop, cabaret, and emotionally driven songwriting. Based in Barcelona, Evripidis has developed a unique musical voice characterized by lyrical intimacy, melodic sensitivity, and a subtle sense of humor. His performances combine vulnerability and theatricality, creating an engaging and memorable live experience that perfectly complements the spirit of the event.
