Holly Frost

American popular music didn't develop in isolation. For this special edition of her Batch residency, Holly Frost explores the rich exchange of Latin musical traditions and their lasting influence on jazz, country, swing, and beyond. The first set features the Holly Frost Trio (with special guests Eduardo Torres on percussion and Gregory Hagen on bass), performing music inspired by bolero, cha-cha-cha, bossa nova, tango, and more, before Holly returns for a solo second set tracing the Latin influences woven throughout 20th-century music.

All ages, no cover. Indoor, seated.
