Lil' Fame and Billy Danzenie formed hardcore rap act M.O.P (mash out posse) in Brooklyn in 1992 and quickly released the single "How About Some Hardcore," which was featured in the film House Party 2. Their debut album, To the Death, followed in 1994. In 2000, M.O.P. released the album Warriorz, which included the hit "Ante Up." The group continued to release several more albums and a slew of mixtapes, and has built one of the most loyal audiences in hip hop today.
