The 17th March is St Patrick's Day and this year it falls on a Thursday night so you know what that means - New Sláinte!

Yes New Slang will be going all Irish on you lucky four leaf clovers for a big party with 3 rooms of fun... and yes, they will be serving Guinness at the bar...!

FREE ENTRY before 11pm if you are dressed for the occasion, if your name is Patrick, if you are actually irish, if you are a real leprechaun and other brilliant reasons we may or may not be too strict on. Prizes for the best dressed! It's some Craic, to be sure....

Main Room:

The main room will host live music from Irish folk punk ska fun time guys The Lagan and local ska punk heroes Oh Danny Boy Fontaine and The Leprechuans of Fury!

Following bands your regular New Slang DJs will be playing all your favourites such as:

Dublin Deez / St Patrick Wolf / Pete And The Potatoes / Larne Savy Fav / Los Leprechaunos / The Craicabees / Eire Eire Eires / Pulled Apint Of Guinness / Bloc Paddy / Catholic Chapel Club / County & Antrim / Shaleighleigh Bells / Kilkenney Jets / Blarney Bicycle Club / Hot Club De Dublin / Roy Keane-ix / Babyshamrocks / The Shin-Digs and many more (that we couldn't think of)...

Drum and Bass, Dubstep and Hip Hop! - Smash that Bodhran!

Bar:

DJs playing Irish only tunes all night long! Not sure if Bewitched or Boyzone will make the cut...

Doors at 9pm. After 11pm £4 w/flyer / £5 without. Please Note: The Hippodrome is an 18+ Venue, VALID PHOTO ID will be required
