Sonic Commune returns to Corsica Studios for the venue's first full evening event since pandemic lockdowns kicked in over a year ago. The club is still here, and as far as we're concerned it remains the best spot in town. We hope you'll join us.

This will be a super-special, Covid-safe, seated A/V experience, on room 1's quad Funktion-One rig, strictly limited to 100 heads inside. A space to reconnect with sound, soundsystems and, over time, the people connected to both. An event/experiment, in the truest sense, and one to be properly excited about! Drinks will be served.

Just feast your eyes on the line-up – genre-fluid, international, underground and fully A/V. UK bass futurists Parris and Beneath play slow beats and ambience respectively, easing Corsica back to life with dark bass and mutant FX. Jo Johnson delivers an all-new live analogue excursion, leaning into the moment with the delicacy and weaponry necessary, while sonic avant-gardists Ena and EVOL present specially commissioned live & A/V works from their respective homes of Tokyo and Barcelona – at a safe distance – exclusive to the Commune tonight. Comrade Spatial returns to Corsica with immersive live A/V hypnotics, while TapeNoise stream in from a bunker (or farm) somewhere deep in the shires. Residents TVO and AOTCI prop it all up with blasted electronics and drifting voice, at a volume tweaked to rumble yr chairs.

Custom visuals and auxiliary A/V works come courtesy of TVO/OVT, AOTCI, Bryan Kerr and Imagemover.

We're keeping this super-limited and intimate, *so no more tickets are on sale, or on the door.*
