Music Box Will Require Proof of Full Vaccination or Negative COVID Test within Previous 48 Hours for Entry

We Will Accept Reasonable Facsimile of Vaccination Card or Test, but Reserve the Right to Share with County Health Officials if Fraud is Suspected.

Music Box Will Continue to Enforce County Mandates that Unvaccinated Patrons are Masked at All Times.

We Recommend All Guests Use Masks While Indoors.

We Will Require These Steps Through March and Will Update as Needed. Our Intention is to Create as Safe an Environment as is Reasonably Possible.

If You Aren't Vaccinated and Can't Get Tested Prior to Your Show, You May Request a Refund at the Point of Purchase.

Accepted Forms For Entry:

All attendees will be required to show one of the following for entry at Music Box along with a government issued ID:

Your vaccine card
A clear and legible photocopy of your vaccine card
Photo of your vaccine card on your phone
A digital vaccine passport or record
A negative COVID-19 PCR test result obtained within 48 hours of the event
